    Description

    This integral position coordinates and executes activities related to sales in BC. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales and Operations providing support with any sales & marketing-related and administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Day to day point of contact and support for the Sales Team
    • Liaise between Customer Marketing and Sales
    • Prepare, update and distribute monthly sales tools and materials on time, ensuring accuracy
    • Assist team with CRM tool, inputting and tracking objectives
    • Assist in the preparation, organization and participation of tastings, team meetings, training seminars, supplier visits and events
    • Monthly Inventory Management
    • LTO Submission
    • Data Entry
    • Coordinate sample and POS pick up and shipment as needed
    • Maintain office space
    • Locker management

    Education & Experience

    • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
    • Post Secondary Education; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
    • Exceptional computer skills (MS Office)
    • Passion for wine & spirits (WSET training an asset)
    • Ability to attend evening and weekends events
    • Own a car and a valid driver's license
    • Ability to lift 30 lbs
