Do you have your own vehicle and love to provide home to home care in your own community? Are you a dedicated PSW or Internationally Educated Nurse who loves to drive in the country
- no matter the weather? Bayshore is currently looking for a dedicated PSW to travel in our more rural areas and visit clients in their homes. This is a opportunity that will allow you to work independently in your chosen area.

Areas of Coverage:
Flamborough, Freelton, Puslinch, North Burlington

A Day in the Life of a Bayshore PSW:

As a member of the Travelling PSW team your days will always be different You will visit clients in your area and provide daily support activities based on the needs of the Care Plan.

You will be supported by a team of clinical experts while providing exceptional customer service.

Some tasks can include personal care, range of motion activities, homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and general household management.

Job Qualification

Who You Are

You are a certified PSW or Internationally Educated Nurse with proof of certification
You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
You are dedicated to providing highquality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care
You have a reliable mode of transportation
You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one
You have completed a formal, accredited health care training program and can provide your certification

Bayshore is in accordance with provincial Accessibility regulations as well as Provincial Human Rights Code legislation.
