Responsibilities:


  • Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to customers over the phone with the goal of resolving customer questions and concerns with first contact resolution
  • Work with peers and management to ensure that customer concerns are addressed in the most efficient manner
  • Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
  • Offer valueadded solutions and promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
  • Provide bestinclass customer service on appliance installation and assembly service
  • Explanation of installation process to retailers and customers
  • Correspond with retailers and customers verbally and electronically
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of new policies, procedures, and products
  • Process routine clerical transactions in between calls
  • Communication with TGS' network of professional service providers

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual able to speak English and French fluently
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment required
  • Utmost discretion with confidential customer information
  • Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong desire to take ownership and accountability of task completion
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to work effectively with and without supervision
