POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Type: FULL TIME

Salary: Wage $19 - $23/hour depending on experience

New Waves Pool & Spa has an immediate need for a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include front counter sales, inventory control & purchasing, shipping & receiving. Knowledge of online sales & marketing would be an asset.

This position requires a positive personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, time management, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Work week is 38 hours, Tuesday to Saturday. The right candidate will be provided with ongoing expertise training from our specialized vendors.
