Job Description:

Overnight Guest Services Attendant

From a warm welcome to a fond farewell, the Guest Services department takes care of the guests as soon as they step foot in the hotel ensuring a lasting impression for our guests' stay.

What you will be doing:

Assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service
To provide excellence in guest service and acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner
Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities
To be familiar with all guest related activities and events within the hotel and outside agencies, such as activities, theatre, outside transportation, recreation and current events
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Knowledge of Whistler area is an asset
Ability to drive standard is required
Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean abstract is required
Class 4 BC Driver's License is an asset, but not required (required for Shuttle Driver)

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:
Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent lifting, up to 75+ lbs
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
