Requirements:

Experience and training in landscape maintenance and running a crew
Some Horticulture training is preferred
Ability to both take and give direction in a team environment
Must enjoy working outdoors
Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
Be physically strong (lift min. 50 lbs) and a quick learner
Class G license with a clean abstract

Responsibilities:

Lead a maintenance crew on various residential and commercial properties
Help ensure a safe workplace
Learn and use time tracking software
Manage your crews time efficiently
Garden and lawn maintenance and rehabilitation such as:
Planting, and plant care including weeding, pruning, deadheading and mulching gardens
Grass cutting with riding and push mowers and trimmers
Leaf, litter, and debris cleanup required in spring and fall
Other tasks such as topdressing/overseeding/sodding etc
