Role Summary
The Deficiency Technician position is a full time regular position located at our Southlands construction site. This position reports to the CGCC Quality Control Manager and works closely alongside other site team members. Deficiency Technicians are responsible for executing various quality control scopes of work on our residential units. All work performed must comply within Century Group's standards for quality workmanship. CGCC Employees all work to ensure their work is done in a safe and timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
Deficiency Technicians collaborate with other team members to ensure that the final construction product meets all quality expectations, including but not limited to:

Unit Detailing:
Preparing new units for owner occupancy, repair work, patch and paint/caulking and housekeeping as required.

CGCC Employees must contribute to ensuring a safe and professional work environment by maintaining both company owned and personal tools and related equipment.
May perform other related duties from time to time.

Education & Experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
Makes teamwork a priority when interacting with all sales staff, construction and head office.
Manual lifting is a requirement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Selfstarter who leads by example and readily assumes responsibility for results.
Strong work ethic, high standards, and a sense of personal accountability and ownership.
Dedicated to meeting or exceeding Century Group's objectives as well as fulfilling personal and careerrelated goals.
