Position Type:
Full-Time
Description of Duties:
- Following up with repair leads, diagnosing issues/leaks, providing solutions along with details to estimating team
- Operating and running job sites independently
- Coordinating with production manager and clients for scheduling and job details
- Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Working and conducting business in a professional matter
- Installing various roof repairs on sloped and flat roofs
- Attending maintenance and warranty calls
- Assisting with production jobs as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with roofing repairs on sloped roofing (asphalt shingle, tile, cedar)
- Experience with SBS torchon and metal an asset
- Ability to complete highquality repairs
- Strong verbal communication and written skills
- Comfortable with technology (excel, laptop, cell phone + apps)
- Presentable appearance
- Fall Protection Certificate
- Red Seal certification an asset
- Able to work some Saturdays when necessary
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary:
$30.00-$45.00 per hour

- roofing repair: 3 years (preferred)
- roofing: 3 years (required)
