Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a business relationship with our major customers;
  • Acquire and respond to an indepth understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to customers on time;
- be the main link between customers and internal teams;

  • Resolve all customer issues and complaints to maintain trust;
  • Play a key role in generating new sales;
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Requirements and skills

  • Bilingualism mandatory in order to deal with all stakeholders across North America
  • Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a key account manager;
  • Experience in selling and providing solutions based on customer needs;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Problemsolving and negotiation skills.
