About the job


As a Sales Operations Associate, you are the "quality control of sales" and central point of communication for the sales team within Connect NA business portfolios along with other key departments, including operations, product, finance, billing, and editorial.

You will be working alongside your direct manager (Sales Operations Manager) and Sales Operations team, to create optimized sales processes, accurate reports, and more.


Day to day Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Salesforce CRM for reporting, forecasting, accuracy of accounts and opportunities, troubleshooting issues, and more
  • Partner with sales reps and assist in executing contracts/RFPs
  • Identify, document, and record constantly evolving and improved sales enablement process
  • Management of sponsorship and digital media inventory (i.e., booths, panels, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Ensuring database management accuracy, quality, and control
  • Updating and auditing information across multiple systems and processes such as Salesforce, Excel, Oracle, SAP, and more.
  • Perform sales analysis and keep management updated on cost or risk analysis, trend data, etc.
  • Assist in ensuring overall client satisfaction, customer retention, and increased spend within Connect NA businesses
  • As a Sales Operations Associate, you will act as the "quality control of sales" for the Connect NA business portfolios and key departments such as operations, product, finance, billing, and editorial.
  • You will serve as the central point of communication for the sales team and work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Operations team.
  • Your responsibilities will include creating optimized sales processes, generating accurate reports, and supporting the sales team in their efforts to drive revenue.
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:


  • Must be located in Toronto, Canada and may require some inoffice or hybrid working
  • Applicants must have experience with Excel
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or a relevant field is required for this position, or a degree in a field relevant to sales or sales operations such as Marketing, Economics, or Finance.
  • 12 years of experience in sales operations and/or sales enablement is a key requirement
  • Prior experience in sales and project management experience working in a fastpaced, high volume environment is a plus
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a deadlineoriented environment
  • Proven experience working in a customerfocused, revenuegenerating environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a "cando" attitude who is eager to learn and grow
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and understanding of sales process a plus
  • Pay range: between $46,750 to $55
