The Clan Gathering of Restaurants is hiring experienced line cooks for
Scran & Dram Scottish Public House.


Scran & Dram Scottish Public House is community-focused and offers exceptional Scottish pub fare & comfort food made from scratch with local ingredients.


Accountabilities:


  • Reports to Sous Chef & Head Chef
  • Bring passion to the kitchen every day and inspire other team members
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen
  • Ensuring food quality and execution

Required qualifications:


  • Hard worker with the potential to work 810 hours shifts as required
  • Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude
  • Passion for exceeding culinary expectations and crafting highquality pub food from local ingredients
