Quality Control Technician


Job Type:
Full-Time


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Conduct all quality control tests including slump, air, density and compressive strength on all precast items.
  • Verify product dimensions pre and post pour
  • Calibrate, clean and maintain production tools and testing equipment.
  • Record and report test results to management
  • Work closely with production team to evaluate problems with quality.
  • Assist with the corporate group to run research and development tests in the lab.

Qualifications and Skills

  • CET Diploma considered an asset.
  • 2 years working in a quality control role.
  • Experience with precast production an asset;
  • Experience working with heavy equipment an asset;
  • Excellent Communication Skills is required;
  • Self-Starter with the ability to multitask is a fastpaced environment.
  • Must hold a Valid Class 5 Driver's license.

Note:
The hours for this shift will be 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
