The Yard Supervisor is responsible to ensure the yard is operating efficiently resulting in a positive customer experience.
The Yard Supervisor manages the product flow and arrangement, oversees the customer loading process, and ensures safety is top of mind for all yard employees.

- Lead by example, ensuring every customer has a great experience
- Assist RONA customers to load product into their vehicles
- Assist with the daily upkeep of the department by off loading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, price labelling, & maintaining pallets/stock
- Direct, mentor and assist yard team members as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Opening and closing duties
- Picking orders and loading our fleet for deliveries
- Maintain 100% commitment to a safe environment
The qualifications we are looking for:
- Counter Balance Forklift Certification an asset.
Pay:
$16.46-$31.63 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 32 per week
