Description

The Retail Shift Team Leader is responsible for the smooth operation of the department when the Manager is not available.


DUTIES

  • Provide the team with the required tools to preform require tasks
  • Give direction and delegate tasks to employees
  • Guarantee the highest quality of customer service
  • Staff training when requires
  • Required paperwork when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organization and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of another language is an asset
  • Understanding of Health and Safety

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 4 months
