Competition 2307North Cariboo Christian School has an opening for a full-time Teacher Assistant, starting
September 2023. The Teacher Assistant reports to the Principal but receives direction from the
Classroom Teacher to prepare lesson materials, reinforce discipline and behaviour, instruct and
reinforce concepts to facilitate student learning and development.
The successful applicant will have excellent organizational abilities, a demonstrated ability to work
with students who need extra assistance, an awareness of various techniques and strategies used
by classroom teachers, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the
classroom teacher.
