Skills & Requirements:
- Must be certified with 10+ years of residential construction experience
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- cut, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, light-guage steel and other materials
- install beams, lay sub-flooring, erect walls and roof systems
- fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- valid drivers licence
Work Responsibilities:
- Onsite project supervision of assistants, helpers, and subtrades
- Ordering of materials and site organization
- Reports directly to the project manager in coordinating schedules and work
- Ensure jobsite safety and enforcing jobsite safety rules
Salary:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
