About the Role:


We're looking for a high energy, creative
Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the North America Sales and Marketing Team.


Responsibilities:


  • Event management you'll be the chief coordinator of everything that goes into making an event successful from working with executives on key objectives and messaging, though to travel and event logistics, budget management, communications both internal and external, hospitality, reporting, etc.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
  • Contributing to creative campaign development
  • Create content and manage social medial platforms
  • Coordinating customer marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the organization of corporate events (all staff meetings, holiday parties, teambuilding activities, etc.)
  • Other related duties as required

Your Profile:


  • An energetic multitasker who can think quickly, problem solve and find opportunities anywhere
  • Extremely organized and selfmotivated. You want to learn, as well as demonstrate your own knowledge in an open fast paced startup environment.
  • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a postsecondary marketing or business program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working remotely is a plus
  • Experience working with Hubspot (or similar CRM), excel, (photo shop or some other marketing tool for creating brochures/product info), survey monkey, etc.
  • Skilled in social media platform management and content creation (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for special events
  • Ability to travel internationally, if required
  • Fluent in English required. French speaking a plus but not required
  • An interest or experience working in the technology/transportation sector would be a bonus
