What you'll own:

Creating an outstanding client experience in every visit that results in clients reaching their potential:

Coordinate with the supervising therapist to know treatment plan:
-
Plan speech language session(s) in accordance to the needs of each client and of the clinic:
-
Supervise client and assist in safe execution of treatment sessions using guidelines as outlined by supervising therapist

Internal and external communication in a way that reflects our values:

Identifying your dream caseload and co-creating a plan (with our team) to make it happen:

Provide basic maintenance/cleaning of clinic and equipment.
What we'd like to see:

Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team:
-
Previous experience with either children or adults with neurological challenges:

completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or Speech Assistant course an asset:
-
Previous experience as an Speech Language Assistant an asset:
-
Linguistics or related degree or 3rd or 4th year student an asset:

Availability for afterschool hours at least 2-3 days a week is required.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-15 per week
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
