- High school diploma and/or post-secondary education
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Sales experience in any industry is an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry is an asset
- RIBO insurance license preferred or must be obtained upon hire
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
