Manage incoming phone calls by customers
Build reliable, professional relationships with clients
Provide accurate and reliable information to customers using the right methods
Keep records of customer interactions
Follow organizations communication procedure
Provide introductory information to new customers
Troubleshooting issues about a product or service

$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
