Join Osler's industry leading Insolvency & Restructuring Group, in our Toronto office, to work alongside a _Chambers Canada_ Band 1 ranked team, using a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver innovative and integrated solutions to business-critical issues.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in both litigation and solicitorside insolvency & restructuring issues, including exposure to _Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act _(CCAA) proceedings, enforcement of security, bankruptcy proceedings, priority issues and receivership matters;
- self-starter who embraces challenge and thrives in a fast-paced setting;
- strong communication and drafting skills;
- excellent academic credentials.
