The work location for this role is flexible within Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta.

- Completing the entry of new business, endorsements and renewals into the system and issuing policies.
- Training and mentoring less experienced staff, as well as assisting team lead or manager with workflow and creation of a teamoriented approach to meeting Regional and Corporate goals.
- Ordering risk inspections for underwriters, as requested.
- Obtaining additional information from Brokers as required by the Underwriter.

- Repetitive, transactional tasks where accuracy is essential.
- This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.

To join our team:
- Minimum 23 years insurance industry experience, preferably commercial insurance.
- High School Diploma required.
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) courses an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
- This position primarily works with majority nonfrancophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential nonFrench duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
