Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master of one or more development teams, your responsibilities will include:

Working with mature development teams that have been operating in a Scrum framework for over 15 years
Taking a lead role in identifying obstacles that hinder the team's progress and coordinate the team to eliminate these obstacles
Maintaining a healthy and motivating work environment within the team
Ensuring a good relationship and communication channels between the team and the Product Manager (PO)
Being the primary point of contact for colleagues external to the team
Coordinating with other development teams, located in Quebec City and Mexico
Working with the Product Manager (PO) to maintain the team's backlog
Maintaining transparency and communication on the state of progress of team projects
Ensuring the Scrum ceremonies run smoothly and that Scrum artifacts are in place
Being a vector of change and improvement within teams
