Come join the Project Management practice in the User Experience & Technology group.

As ATB's next Program Manager you will:

Be accountable for the end to end management of ideas to projects within a division portfolio
Understand the division roadmap and coordinate ideas through the ideation phase and into discovery
Champion people leadership for a dedicated team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the successful delivery of projects and programs from Discovery to Release
Understand product roadmaps, assisting in developing new ideas to build capabilities, and define project needs.
Maintain a consistent, accurate capture of initiatives, programs, projects, and sustainment work through all phases of the initiative
Lead a large team of delivery resources to successfully deliver on programs and projects within the division portfolio
Responsible for assigning project/program managers to initiatives in the ideation phase when required
Work closely with division leads to ensure seamless transition of projects into sustainment and operations
Provides Delivery team representation on project RFPs in the ideation/discovery phase
Management and reporting of Resources, Risks, Dependencies, Issues, Budget, Schedule, Scope across the portfolio

Requirements:

PMP certification
4+ years experience in leading a team of project managers and program managers
8+ years of experience in managing large and complex Information Technology projects and programs with proficiency across the full project lifecycle
Managed multiple programs or projects over $5M, large in complexity, and related to enterprise systems implementations
Proficient in multiple project management methodologies including waterfall, agile, and hybrid
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across various business units
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders and present to senior leadership and executives.
