Experience and Education required:
- Hold a related degree/diploma/trade and/or have relevant background with technical training in estimating, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
- Have 5+ years of progressive Estimating/Project Coordination or Management experience in earthworks industry
- Can demonstrate knowledge and experience of the various disciplines involved with estimating, tendering, and managing for projects of $20,000 to $400,000 in scope
- Have demonstrated leadership, analytical and communication skills support your collaborative approach to delivering results
- Must be a strong communicator in both verbal and written English.
- Have built or able to build a broad network of professional colleagues, subcontractors, and team members to effect competitive excellence, pride in teamwork and outstanding project delivery
- Have strong computer skills in software including MS Office, BuilderTrend and others
- Have a demonstrated competence with handon management in the areas of safety, workforce, planning, execution, cost control, quality and administration
- 3 or more years of client facing experience
- Project management or coordination experience and/or training would be considered an asset
Job Types:

$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
