Job Summary:


We are looking for an
On-Site
Production Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising a team and ensuring that deadline, safety and quality standards are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervising and leading a team to optimize safety, quality and productivity
  • Overseeing all processes and ensuring that teams follow procedures
  • Help develop and maintain daily and annual KPIs
  • Providing direction and support to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships and communication with internal and externals departments and stakeholders
  • Ensure that all orders are completed prior to deadlines
  • Manage multiple projects against tight deadlines
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are followed by team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with embroidery machines (Tajima) and/or screenprinting machines an asset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines in a proactive manner
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to ensure positive morale
  • Speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, motivated, and professional
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
