We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst (18-month contract) in our Employee Benefits department. We provide the training (teach you the ropes). In this role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing client information to discover the story behind the numbers to allow our clients to make the best-informed decisions regarding their benefits offerings. You will work with internal Benefits Advisors and Insurance carrier contacts to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our client service standards.

What will you do?

  • Provide direct administrative and office management support to the Executive Leadership Team as directed.
  • Maintain work schedules and calendars of executive management.
  • Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for senior management and executive staff.
  • Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
  • Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues.
  • Review, evaluate, and distribute priority correspondence for executive team.
  • Facilitate communication from department managers, business unit leaders, and project managers.
  • Take and transcribe dictation notes.
  • Prepare and review presentations.
  • Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, clients, and other persons.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:


  • Excellent organization skills
  • Solid analytical skills and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work with multiple team members on multiple clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
