We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Office Assistant with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to join our team.

Experience in the fire alarm and security industries would be an asset.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Must have advanced proficiency with English language, both written and verbal.
Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills.
Must be able to Multitask various tasks simultaneously.
Manage phone calls and direct them to staff.
Manage and arrange office files and Records.
Perform daily clerical duties.
Welcome and assist visitors.
Assist Service departments by preparing reports and perform clerical requirements.
Assist Accounting Department with basic financial requirements.
Must be proficient with MS Office. Word, Excel and Outlook skills are an asset.
Must have working knowledge with office equipment and proper usage.
