The Grower - cannabis role at coast-mountain-cannabis is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to horticultural crop production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean the crops and maintain optimal growth conditions by ensuring proper water saturation, light, and temperature levels.
• Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas to prevent damage or disease spread.

You will also be required to assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants; mix and prepare soils; plant bulbs and seeds; pot and re-pot plants as needed. Additionally, you will report signs of insect or disease damage promptly. Experience with equipment such as forklifts irrigation pumps is beneficial but not necessary. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills efficient communication abilities reliability teamwork qualities attention detail hand-eye coordination capability handling heavy loads standing extended periods bending crouching kneeling an upstanding personal reputation efficiency supporting colleagues contributing positively.
