- Negotiate a fair and cost effective settlement with the insures, claimants or claimant's legal representative either directly or through the services of retained counsel.
- Post-secondary diploma in business or related courses, programs, licenses (insurance related) and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years in a claims or insurance environment.
- Ability to work a shift on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

As a Claims Adjuster your primary responsibility is to handle insurance claims reported by policyholders and investigate, adjust, negotiate, settle or deny the claim. Your role is crucial to ensure policyholders receive prompt assistance while helping them navigate the claims process smoothly and efficiently with homeowner claims, recreational vehicle, and travel accident benefits.
