Human Resources Coordinator

We provide our customers with strong, reliable, trustworthy, and forward-thinking solutions for the cleaning of their tanks.

We have a current opening for a Human Resources Coordinator; currently this is a hybrid role.

Main accountabilities will be:

Assist in preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements
Coordinate new hire training and documentation
Conduct reference checks, background checks as required
Assist with creation of employment offers (verbal and written), schedule orientation and booking pre employment testing and training
Timely and accurately maintenance employment records and manpower tracking spreadsheets
Coordinate with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups for recruiting purposes and partnerships
Assist in human resources department programs including employee referral program and employee recognition programs
Be a resource to employees on HR policies and procedures
Perform other special projects as assigned.

Skills and Education:

Recruitment experience, large volume recruitment is an asset
Diploma in Human Resources or other appropriate field preferred
Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment
Excellent in all MS Office (focus on Excel )
Detail oriented
Able to work in a result focused environment
Able to respond quickly in a changing environment and meet departmental targets
Outstanding interviewing skills
