Advisor, Client Relationship - Montréal, Canada - Fairstone
Description
The person in this position is responsible to maintain, grow, strengthen and build business partnerships with a clientele composed of small, medium sized organizations for the sale of Point of sale financing products.
The position is also responsible for various administrative tasks pertaining to sales support and onboarding of partners. He or she ensures consistency and balance between sales objectives and partner satisfactionResponsibilities:
- Establish, develop & maintain business partnerships satisfaction and support
- Provide exceptional & timely follow up addressing inquiries/requests
- Reach out to existing partners to Identify barriers that negatively influence potential for growth
- Present & promote strategies designed to secure relationships with retailers
- Support all merchant communications Support merchant marketing promotions
- Identify potential merchant threats to the business
- Identify and escalate potential growth partnerships
- Support virtual instore training
- Support eCommerce growth
- Support marketing French adaptations
- Support sales team with strategy implementation, merchant communications and administrative tasks
- Support internal teams with partners
- Serve as the contact person for both company and the partners
- Assists in the resolution of issues arising between merchant, merchants' customers and Fairstone in a manner that meets both Fairstone's needs and values, as well as the partner's.
- Administration projects related to maintaining relationships and assisting other departments as required. For example, Merchant Services/Marketing.
- Monitor and maintain profitability of portfolio and devise action plans to ensure profitability hurdles are overcome.
- Constantly represent Fairstone and its values to the highest standards internally and externally
- Keep updated on technology of the solution for the product
- Support management and company positions and orientations
- Record all partner/prospect touchpoints in CRM ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date within your area of responsibility
Qualifications:
- University Degree preferably in Business Administration or equitable work experience.
- Strong French and English written and spoken
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required to:
- Research and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, constant negotiation with both retailers and other departments within our company;
- Ability to perform financial calculations;
- Demonstrated strong communication skills (oral and written) with all levels of employees, management and customers and possess confident and effective public speaking skills.
- Maintain a highlevel constant representation of Fairstone's values
- Must be a selfstarter with the ability to work independently while looking for ways to change/modify current processes for improved efficiencies.
- Result oriented
- Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and an overall digital environment
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible to work public holidays, weekends, and evenings (occasionally)
