    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Worker to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people, empowering them towards independence while respecting their rights and choices.



    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • A Grade 12 education, including relevant coursework or experience with child development and youth care principles.
    • A Child and Youth Care Diploma or equivalent certification demonstrating expertise in community social services.
    • At least two years' experience working directly with children, adolescents, or families in need within the context of community-based programs.

    Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong emotional intelligence; patience; understanding; reliability;
    motivation for providing support that fosters trust.

    education may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
