The role:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and interact with customers who visit our Clutch facility
  • Assist in licensing vehicles that are purchased at Clutch including making licensing trips to Service ON
  • Receiving mail daily and ship items out daily
  • Maintaining an organized filing system both physically and electronically
  • Coordinating with vendors to keep our office environment clean and wellstocked including maintaining a monthly expense report
  • Order and maintain inventory for all operationally branded materials
  • Physically file paperwork with Service ON

Qualifications:


  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous licensing experience is strongly preferred
  • Selfmotivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Technology savvy (Google Drive, Slack etc.)
