The Chicken Nest Restaurant is looking for a. Very experienced cook to lead our team.The kitchen Opener position is hard work and requires someone who is organized, works well under pressure, multi task, and lead by example.
Hours:
Sunday 10am-7pm
Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm
Friday 8am-1pm
Responsibilities include
Opening Restaurant kitchen and getting ready for the day
Make Soup, Rice, Mashed Potatoes, Rotisserie Chicken, fried chicken, gravy,
Make sure line is ready for 11:30am Open
Work lunch (prep help comes 12) but you must be able to handle lunch orders
Make sure mise is done, lead by example but make sure team is working together
Line Cooks come at 3pm and 4pm to work evening dinner rush, the 3 will close restaurant at 11.
Making sure everything is ready to handle the evening rush
