We are looking for a Communications, Business, or Marketing Major to join full-time for a minimum of 4 months.

Shop This City operates remotely however, there will be team-building opportunities and events that we would love for you to be a part of

This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. The Communications Intern will be responsible for supporting various initiatives (some outlined below).

This internship will give you hands-on experiences within the fashion and tech industries, along with the potential for long-term career growth.

Requirements:

• Must be extremely detailoriented and a selfstarter that is able to take a task and run with it.
• EXTREMELY organized and able to balance many ongoing tasks at once.
• Must be able to ask questions and not be afraid to reach out for help.
• Able to think with current trends in mind and honor our brand guidelines.
• Indepth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok is an absolute must.
• Knowledge of Canva and graphic design is an asset, although not required.
• Being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus (for social posts).
• Must love fashion and local treasure hunting.
• Must be able to proofread and be confident in hitting send or post on their own.
• Is able to take their time when completing tasks to reduce the chance of error.
• Honors diversity and thinking with an inclusive and positive mindset.
• Enjoys reporting analytics and record keeping (minor reports).

Duties:

• Managing STC's social media accounts, webpages, and social calendars.
• Building creative content.
• Running, posting, tracking Instagram, and analytics.
• Responding to DM's/comments and interacting with accounts in a timely manner while representing the brand's TOV.
• A small amount of community outreach may be required for new and existing partners.
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Support the team in the execution of inperson and virtual events.
• Support the team with daily administrative tasks as directed.
• Some Project Management in following up on certain tasks.

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
From $15.65 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
