    Mission

    CIMA+ is currently seeking applications for a Project Manager for an upcoming program. As a Project Manager, your role will include controlling the delivery of projects in accordance with the project budget, scope, schedule and quality assurance requirements

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Prepare technical papers and business cases advising on long-term facility requirements
    • Provide project management, scheduling, and work planning support
    • Liaise with internal and external departments
    • Develop project summary and detailed documentation for each phaseManage costing and expenditures for project phases
    • Act as a designated PM and lead for the duration of the Work Assignment
    • Assist in permit applications, property requirements, and other approvals

    Deliverables (include):

    • Monthly Project Status reports
    • Detailed cost breakdown for each project phase
    • Timelines for each project phase with dates of delivery
    • Long term business case
    Qualifications
    • Experience managing large public transit system projects, including fleet maintenance, workforce planning, property management acquisition, or construction
    • Strong technical background and knowledge of vehicle systems
    • Exemplary communication and presentation skills
    • Project Management Professional (P.M.P) designation or similar preferred

    Skills and Certifications Required:

    • Approximately 10 years of related technical and managerial experience in Project Management, preferably Operational Project Management
    • Approximately 7 years of directly related experience managing large public transit system projects
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
