ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will leverage your outstanding attention to detail and communication skills to set and maintain quality standards for Points Loyalty Commerce Solutions.

This role reports to the Team Lead, Loyalty Commerce Solution.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

Document, train and onboard team members on the standards of QA practices
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for warranty solutions.
Gather solution requirements by working directly with our Loyalty Program Partners & Internal Stakeholders to define test cases

implement robust testing processes, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management for suite of LCR products

Ensure the solutions we deploy are of the highest quality using appropriate QA methodologies and champion issue resolution.
Effectively communicate, across many channels, your progress with your team & stakeholder
Provide guidance to others on the team on testing best practices

Lead or provide support on QA Resources management
