Your day-to-day job would include calling out to obtain verifications of employment, taking inbound calls regarding our clients' recruits, as well as updating and maintaining customer accounts with accurate, complete, and detailed information.

Responsibilities:

Must have patience and attentiveness in solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and electronically file documents
Follow communication procedures and guidelines
