In this role you will be expected to:

  • Act as Manager on Duty as necessary
  • Perform opening/closing duties
  • Follow company procedures
  • Coach and train staff
  • Provide great customer service
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Management Team (Manager & Asst. Manager) and work with their direction
  • Display & merchandising

REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least two years' experience in retail
  • Supervisory experience in a retail/customer service setting
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Extensive experience with cash handling and point of sales transactions
  • Fulltime availability including weekends

SKILLS:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in written and verbal form, to your Store Manager and peers
  • Great attitude
  • Strong time management & organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines
  • Selfmotivated & able to work independently, and also as a member of a team
