- Day-to-day administration, management, delegation and control of routine processing including cash management, payments, exercise of discretionary powers, maintaining records,and reviewing and monitoring investment
- Ensuring that chargeable time is properly recorded against clients and invoices are raised in a timely fashion.
- Acting as primary and/or back up relationship manager for a number of clients in the team and seeking opportunities to enhance relationships.
- Preparing for and attending client meetings, and following up on action points.
- Communicating effectively with clients (and other team members) by telephone and face-to-face.
- Ensuring CDD is maintained for all clients.
- A minimum of four/five years relevant experience in the trust field
- Strong knowledge and experience of offshore trust and company administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to us MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong team skills and be flexible to change and the needs of the business
- Analytical skills and be detail orientated; Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
- Knowledge of Guernseys regulatory environment
- Ability to resolve queries/find solutions
- To maintain a courteous, positive and professional manner
- A willingness to learn new skills and assist others to learn.
