    Trust Officer, Relationship Management

    We are looking for a someone to take responsibility for a designated portfolio of trusts and corporate structures.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day administration, management, delegation and control of routine processing including cash management, payments, exercise of discretionary powers, maintaining records,and reviewing and monitoring investment
  • Ensuring that chargeable time is properly recorded against clients and invoices are raised in a timely fashion.
  • Acting as primary and/or back up relationship manager for a number of clients in the team and seeking opportunities to enhance relationships.
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings, and following up on action points.
  • Communicating effectively with clients (and other team members) by telephone and face-to-face.
  • Ensuring CDD is maintained for all clients.
  • Your qualifications and skills include:

  • A minimum of four/five years relevant experience in the trust field
  • Strong knowledge and experience of offshore trust and company administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to us MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong team skills and be flexible to change and the needs of the business
  • Analytical skills and be detail orientated; Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Guernseys regulatory environment
  • Ability to resolve queries/find solutions
  • To maintain a courteous, positive and professional manner
  • A willingness to learn new skills and assist others to learn.
