We have positions open now.We are looking for special individuals with a passion, intelligence and high integrity to help us excel in our fast paced dynamic industry.
Many of our positions include travel within North America and require individuals to have a valid passport and drivers license.
Main Duties:
As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Support Department.
Responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting and support, shipping/receiving, procurement, prioritizing incoming and existing support tickets via internal tracking system.
Other duties as assigned.Education:
IT Diploma, Degree or equivalent experience is desired.

Requirements:
- Strong skills with Microsoft Server 2008 & Windows XP Pro
- MCSE Certification is an asset
- A+ Certification
- CompTIA +N+ desirable (PC Hardware)
- Good understanding and technical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Retail experience an asset
- Microsoft.
- Experience with Symantec Ghost
- Network troubleshooting
- Project Management Skills
- FoxPro Knowledge and Experience

Other Information:
