Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning division is looking for an experienced, strategic leader and visionary
Agriculture Segment Manager. If you are passionate about Precision Agriculture, Autonomy, GNSS and you are looking for an exciting next challenge, then this is your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. You will lead the team who define and bring to the market the key technologies that enable the next revolution of precision farming.
This position is with Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea and air.

Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based in Calgary, Alberta.
Responsibilities:
The
Agriculture Segment Manager is responsible for:
- Create the "Go to market" strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral
- Champion and communicating portfolio vision and plans
- Define, analyze and report product portfolio performance metrics to make business decisions
- Lead the agriculture product manager team, providing functional management, mentoring and technical guidance
- Guide the product management team in creation of product business justification and market/ technical requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets
- Gather and incorporate competitive intelligence into product portfolio strategy
- Collaborate with other segment managers and engineering leadership to align development priorities and resourcing plans in support of portfolio roadmap and financial targets
- Interact with customers to understand challenges, opportunities and future needs
- Represent the organization by presenting at conferences, tradeshows, webinars and press events
Key Metrics:
- Deliver financial growth and profitability of the agriculture portfolio
- Establish successful and sustainable strategies in the short, medium and long term across all the markets
- Develop accurate business case and market needs assessments for new products/services
- Oversee the successful customer adoption of new products
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- 10+ years of B2B experience in Precision Agriculture
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Degree in Agriculture or related technical field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Selfstarter who is motivated by both technology and marketing
- Well spoken, organized and technically adept; can understand different technical and business audiences and adjust the message accordingly
- Can easily adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities
- Strong business acumen and financial modelling
- Attention to detail, but balanced with a highlevel overview
- Skilled in negotiation and conflict management
Nice-to-Have:
- Multilingual skills
- Business degree or MBA
- Experience in autonomy technology
