    We're proud to be one of the largest ferry operators in the world and for 60 years, we have been dedicated to providing safe and efficient travel to our customers and we are looking for a key member of our marketing team to support our continued growth.

    As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of programs and initiatives that deliver a best-in-class customer experience at all touchpoints. Responsibilities include market research, data analysis, customer journey audits, development of project briefs including marketing and communication materials related to customer experience projects, coordination of BC Ferries community investment program, coordinating activity related to BC Ferries community partnerships, supporting the Customer Experience Managers with the administration of the annual budget, static and digital wayfinding and signage development and distribution.

    You have excellent written, oral and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences. You are a creative, self-motivated, and detailed oriented professional, working well under deadlines. You have knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite, and InDesign, and experience with digital marketing with SEO, SEM, and digital display advertising.

    You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a closely related discipline with previous work and interest in customer experience and engagement, brand management, content creation, consumer research, and CRM.
