Due to strong growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Northland Floral is looking for a US Sales Junior Account Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:_

  • Accurately process US customer transactions
  • Generate invoices for US customer orders
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications and instock items
  • Increase US sales and average order size by means of crossselling, upselling, addon sales and offering promotional sale items
  • Contact US customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint
  • Meet sales and productivity goals
  • Present a professional image to customers, vendors and fellow employees at all times
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate US customer files
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the US Sales Manager.

Qualifications:_

  • 24 years of sales experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exemplary sales experienced preferred.

Pay:
$55,000.00 per year
