This role will report directly to Site Manager ensuring that all aspects related to sanitation cleanliness are maintained effectively throughout production areas including equipment floors floors walls ceilings storage rooms etc . Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining facility MCS Master Cleaning Schedule frequent reviewing updating tasks based on internal external audit findings
- Supervising assigning daily tasks crew accordance training staffing levels
- Strategic planning improve efficiency overall job flow sanitation effectiveness
- Train uphold seven steps sanitation sanitation team(li)Insure safe hygienic practices executed following OHS compliance policies GMPs(li)Training sanitation team ensure clear communication understanding job requirements Execution rotational work timely efficient effective execution Selection purchasing appropriate sanitation chemicals equipment Completes documentation identify all tasks completed required future actions Effectively provide feedback employees regarding positive work performance opportunities improvement Give written disciplinary actions necessary Performs other duties assigned Enforce safety rules regulations use personal protective equipment material handling Ability receive provide training facilitate employee growth advancement Enforce GMP's Food Safety guidelines maintaining orderly clean work area Comprehension impact his/her job productivity plant profitability maintains high level personal productivity drive work process improvements Monitor complete maintain efficient accurate paperwork Experience & Education:
