Description

Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent is responsible to ensure guest satisfaction by dealing with guests in a pleasant, efficiently, courteous, and professional manner, answering any questions and following up on requests and problems promptly.

It is also the responsibility of the Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent to efficiently handle any function of the front office from the reception.


Job Requirements:


  • Anydays of the week (45days a week)
  • 11PM7AM
  • Amenable to work in Ottawa ON
  • Start Date
    Nov. 23, Thursday

Duties:


  • Knowledge on how to use OPERA system
  • Perform night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
  • Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with checkin and checkout processes as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Follow all safety and security protocols

Skills:


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
