Autoneum, one of the world's leading suppliers of automotive flooring, noise control and thermal insulation systems is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor for our facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario.

Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles. As a leader you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations in a fast paced unionized manfacturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include continuous improvements in all aspects of lean manufacturing, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a people and safety first mentaility.
