    Description
    • Accompany and support people in their requests for eligibility for financial assistance;
    • Identify the specific needs of your interlocutors and consider all the elements relevant to their requests according to the different eligibility criteria;
    • Request clarification, if necessary, to clarify needs;
    • Inform the customer about the administrative steps or procedures to follow by explaining everything in appropriate terms;
    • Direct the client, if necessary, to the organization's additional resources available (e.g., AFE website, Ministry publications, etc.) in order to facilitate their understanding;
    • Check the client's computerized file in order to analyze the client's personal file, considering that each file has its own particularities;
    • Assist and advise the client in their approach to the AFE, among other things in cases of revision or correction of the information recorded in their file. The holder must, with the applicant, identify and formulate new and relevant information or facts;
    • Request the relevant documents it needs and analyze them to respond to the requests addressed to it;
    • Direct the client to the remedies to which he is entitled, if applicable;
    • Intervene quickly on files of greater complexity, by carrying out the consultations or interventions necessary for the file;
    • Enter the information necessary to understand a student file in the follow-up notes for the various stakeholders;
    • Inform callers on the general information line with general information about the MES.
