- conformance including analysis of the deviations, monitoring of the corrective and preventive actions, as well as contributing to the improvement of the quality standards.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

Document POA operating manual and processes
Manage authorities CAR:
Answering TCCA First Time Pass
Proper Support to Function in order to ensure the proper Root Causes and sustainable solution are identified and applied.
Proper communication and follow up of the Corrective Action Plan Status
Prepare Extension Request based on fact and reality (with risk and impact analysis)
Ensure that the Organization High Level management are aware of TCCA CAR Status and strategy.
Perform Regulatory Investigation & Advisory:
Support Internal Function with Regulatory Issues.
Ensure that the investigation / advisory (decision) is based on Regulation Requirements.
Ensure that the results are communicated and archived.
Ensure Action Plan is elaborated, followed and executed.
Communicate with TCCA (If required).
If authorized, support the company's certifications and interfaces with external authorities (TCCA, EASA, etc.,).
Demonstrate conformity of processes and requirements for a given domain to Programme Quality Assurance and External Authorities (when authorized)Drive non conformity management at domain level for Programme Quality Assurance
You have 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (Using Tools, Project management, Change Management, etc.);
You have experience in the Aeronautical Industry;
You have experience in Quality Management System (asset);
You have knowledge of TCCA Regulation (asset);
You have knowledge of the Manufacturing Manual (asset);
You are bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
